Job Details:
Workstations: Ministry of Health Headquarters, Regional Referral Hospitals, District Health Offices, KCCA, and related national health programs.
Job Purpose:
To coordinate, manage, and implement public health policies, programs, and interventions aimed at improving community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor public health programs such as immunization, disease surveillance, and health education.
- Analyze health data and trends to support evidence-based planning and response.
- Conduct public health research and evaluations.
- Collaborate with development partners and stakeholders on health promotion activities.
- Supervise lower-level public health workers and community health teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Environmental Health Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or Epidemiology is required.
- Registered with the appropriate professional council.
- Experience in managing community health programs is preferred.

4. It is emphasized that:
a) The application
should be completed and submitted ONLINE.
b) Only
shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
c) Shortlisted
candidates shall, where applicable, be required to bring their original
certificates, letters of appointment, three copies of completed PSF 3,
Registration Certificates and Valid Practicing Licenses and evidence of active
service, at the oral interview.
d) Candidates who will present forged certificates and
other documents shall be handed over to the Police for appropriate action.
e) Health Workers
who are on long-term training (one year and above) must not apply.
