- Description: An accomplished educationist to foster an appropriate learning environment for students in our Christian School
CREDENTIALS/EXPERIENCE:
- A Master's Degree in Education, or a related field;
- Demonstrable experience in instructional design and educational methodology;
- 3 (+) years' Leadership & Management experience in education;
- Experience in international education and familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum;
- Classroom teaching experience of at least five (5) years; Classical, Christian teaching experience preferred;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong Interpersonal skills;
- Integrity and high Ethical Standards;
- Ability to Manage and Lead Teams;
- An evident spiritual maturity;
- Strong analytical skills to examine academic data and recommend improvements;
- Tech savvy;
- Deep understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment systems
