Job Purpose:
To assist the Head Teacher in the management of a primary school and ensure effective teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and administration of school activities.
• Supervising teaching staff and ensuring quality instruction.
• Promoting discipline among staff and pupils.
• Coordinating co-curricular activities and community outreach.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Grade V Teaching Certificate.
• Registered with the Ministry of Education.
• At least six (6) years of teaching experience.
