Position Summary:
The Civil Works Supervisor will oversee pole planting and cable hauling teams, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and according to technical specifications. This role requires strong leadership, field operations expertise, and the ability to manage teams to meet daily project targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily activities of pole planting and cable hauling teams.
• Ensure work is completed quickly, safely, and according to specifications.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth installation processes.
• Monitor work progress, enforce safety regulations, and ensure quality control.
• Provide on-site leadership to resolve any issues and ensure team success.
• Ensure the daily target of 40 installations is consistently met.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in civil works (pole setting and cable installation).
• Strong leadership and field operations experience.
• Ability to manage teams and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
