Job Details:

Hariss International Limited, the producer of renowned brands such as Riham Foods, Rock Boom, Sky View, Krystal Water, and Oner Fruit Juice, is seeking a Brand Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies. This role involves driving brand growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional consumer engagement through dynamic marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development
o Design and execute marketing calendars featuring ATL (Above-the-Line) campaigns, BTL (Below-the-Line) programs, and innovation pipelines to enhance brand visibility and growth.
2. Campaign Management
o Lead the execution of marketing plans, from creative ideation and agency coordination to post-launch performance analysis.
3. Annual Marketing Calendar
o Oversee the development of the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective budget allocation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work with internal teams to manage marketing projects, including packaging design, product innovation, and OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, Channel) solutions.
5. Agency Collaboration
o Partner with creative, research, and experiential agencies to deliver consumer-focused and high-impact campaigns.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align efforts in support of marketing programs and brand innovations.
7. Performance Monitoring
o Analyze business metrics such as market share, brand health, and commercial performance to uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
8. Budget Management
o Manage and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and actionable insights through post-launch performance reviews.

Education and Experience Requirements
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (minimum).
• Experience:
o 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
o Proven success in executing impactful marketing campaigns and managing brand portfolios.
