Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing team. This multifaceted position involves creating eye-catching visual content, performing detailed market research, analysing social media and SEO trends, and facilitating the smooth execution of marketing projects. Designed for the inventive and proactive individual, this role offers the chance to make significant impacts on NFT Consult's marketing strategies while gaining precious insights into the industry.

Essential Job Functions:
• Graphic Design Support: Create visual assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva, ensuring they match our brand and design standards.
• Strategy Support: Perform market research to track industry and competitor trends, aiding strategic marketing decisions.
• Marketing Presentation: Work with marketing leaders to transform data into impactful presentations for stakeholders, improving strategies with insights.
• Change Management Assistance: Help introduce new digital workflows and processes to achieve strategic goals.
• Martech Efficiency: Employ marketing technology and automation to enhance team productivity and ROI. Keep marketing databases current and support campaign management.
• Digital Asset and Project Management: Manage digital assets and project timelines, ensuring organized libraries for cross-departmental use and efficient team and freelancer coordination.Top of Form
• Professional Growth: Keep abreast of new trends in marketing, design, and AI, engaging in ongoing learning.
• Administrative Support: Provide logistical support for the marketing team, including event and webinar planning.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in market research and social media analytics.
• Culturally aware and progressive, with a commitment to inclusivity and diversity in marketing.
• Interested in African economics and international relations to enhance global marketing strategies.
• Effective team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with great attention to detail.
• Critical thinker with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education and Experience:
• Prior administrative experience is desired but relevant experience or projects in marketing, business administration, graphic design, data analysis, or related areas will be considered a plus.
