PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Head of Marketing and Communication will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication initiatives, aimed at promoting Pride's products, services, and brand. He/she will also play a key role in shaping Pride's public image and reputation and ensure that all communications are in line with regulatory requirements and Pride's core values.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A relevant master's degree or an equivalent.
• A business degree in marketing. PR & communications. commerce, business studies, economics, management. or any relevant field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience, five (05) of which must have been in a managerial role in marketing and communications.
• Relevant practical training in brand enhancement, corporate communications, PR & sustainability in the financial services sector is essential.
• The candidate must have good, verbal, and written communication skills with good organizational and administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of modern practices in marketing and communications.
