About Campus Purpose:
Campus Purpose is a project designed to confront and address critical health issues that are prevalent among university students. This includes a focus on sexual health, mental well-being, substance abuse, and lifestyle diseases. At this crucial stage in life, university students are often vulnerable to making unhealthy choices, such as engaging in unsafe sexual practices, succumbing to drug abuse, and neglecting mental health. The repercussions of these choices can be severe, leading to STIs, unplanned pregnancies, and mental health crises.
The "Campus Purpose” is committed to addressing these issues directly through a comprehensive educational and supportive approach by the students themselves in their residences, to educate, support, and empower them with healthy information.
The volunteers will mobilize fellow students for peer discussion with support and guidance from a subject matter expert. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in realizing these objectives through mobilization and awareness creation. By joining us as a volunteer, you contribute to a significant cause of enhancing health literacy, fostering observable behavioral shifts towards healthier choices, and reducing health risks among your peers.
