Pride is now looking for young, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill the following positions.
2. CREDIT OFFICERCOMMUNITY BANKINGCENTRAL, WESTERN, EASTERN & NORTHERN:
The Credit Officer-Community Banking will be reporting to the Credit Supervisor & will be responsible for mobilization and sensitization of communities about Pride’s financial services; regular meetings with clients in the communities for credit with financial education and management of the meeting place.
Person Specifications for job position 2.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle, and should possess a riding permit /or process one before job placement.
• Should be fluent in commonly used local languages within the respective regions.
• Should be willing to work in any part of the country.
• Should be computer literate, highly motivated, innovative & a self starter.
• Should have excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Should possess leadership skills.
• Should be honest, trustworthy & have a high degree of integrity
• Should not be more than 40 years of age. Seasoned and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Academic Qualifications for job positions 1 & 2 above:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Development Economics, Economics, Development studies, Business Studies, Accounting and Finance Marketing, Financial Services and Business Computing, International Business, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, Social Science, SWASA, Education, Microfinance, Adult and Community Education, Community Psychology, Procurement & Chain Supply Management, Procurement & Logistics Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organization Psychology, Project Planning and Management, Entrepreneurship and Project Planning, Public Administration and Management, Sales and Marketing Management, B. Agriculture & Rural Innovations, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Extension, Engineering or in any other relevant / related field +
• 2 Principal passes at A’Level +
• Credit and/or Pass in Maths and English at O’ level
