The company has experienced workforce that will provide the forenamed services beyond your expectation.In order to achieve our intended goals and Objectives, Come Again Investments Ltd seeks to recruit the following.

Major Roles & Responsibilities
• Processing customer orders as may be received from the sales team or any other supervising body.
• To ensure good pallet management for stock traceability and operational efficiency
• Offer support on new business consignments while accurately capturing stock information for system reconciliation.
• Supervision of dispatching items from the assigned store to points or locations of request to ensure order accuracy and stock accountability.
• To conduct stock taking in different stores periodically or as may be required by the supervising officer to ensure stock balancing.
• Ensure optimal stock availability in the store to manage customer lead times as may be required by the requesting team.
• Maintaining a reorder level for all stock items and communication of near out of stock items to procurement for order list inclusion.
• Ensuring all stock cards are timely compiled and data transferred to the system according to the corresponding transactions.
• Analyzing stock aging trends to advise and inform management about absolute stock.
• Inspect items for any breakages and damage of the products for repairs or sales exclusions.
• Co ordinates stock transfers amongst different stores and branches by keeping track of all stock requests and inventory levels.
• Upholds hygiene, security, and safety standards to minimize stock wastage and human accidents.
• Ensures proper management of human resources in the designated stores by skilling and segregation of duties as streamlined in the HR terms and conditions of employment.
• Ensures safe and effective use of stores machinery where necessary by effecting proper use of safety equipment provided to the team and assigning the right skilled manpower to operate the machines.
• Filling of all important stock-related documents as may be required depending on the nature of transaction posted for proper stock reconciliation.
• Issuing of stock to various locations including the shop according to the stock requisition
• Posting manufacturing journal entries for all items sent for production and display purposes accordingly.
• Training and equipping new staff for proper succession planning.
• Formation and update of stock cards and other relevant stock reports, both hard and soft, as may be required by the supervising officer.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma in stores Management.
• Work experience
• 1 year and above

• Possess a thick skin and can handle customer complaints even when handling unpleasant ones.
• Works accurately and with an eye for detail to minimize mistakes.
• Ability to suggest improvements to the various processes and procedures in the business.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
