Job Details:
1. Applicants are advised to:
• Complete PSF 3
• Attach a colored passport-size photograph on the PSF 3
• Photocopy only the relevant documents and attach them on the PSF 3
2. Relevant Documents include the following:
• Academic and professional certificates (UCE, UACE, Professional Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, Fellowships).
• Evidence of training in specialized areas where applicable.
• Letters of appointment where applicable.
• Registration certificates and valid practicing licenses for health workers who are required by law to register with relevant Professional Councils.
• National Identity Card.
• An updated CV with contact information for 3 referees.

Note:
1. Health Workers recruited under this project will be given one (1) year renewable employment contracts by the Hospital under Makerere University Walter Reed Project (MUWRP). These are full-time jobs, so people already holding full-time Government or private Jobs should not apply. Salaries will be based on the Government of Uganda Salary Scale.
2. All services for this recruitment are provided free of charge.

5. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and shall be required to bring their original certificates, letters of appointment where applicable, three copies of completed PSF 3, Registration Certificates, and Valid Practicing Licenses, at the oral interview.
6. Candidates who will present forged certificates shall be handed over to the Police for appropriate action.
7. Health Workers who are on training must not apply.
