Job Details:
The role holder shall be responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. He/she shall
be responsible for optimizing the performance and potential of employees and aligning talent strategies with the overall business objectives.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
• Design and implement performance management systems and processes to drive individual and team performance.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement, goal setting, and feedback processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and succession candidates.
• Identify development needs and create comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans and career paths for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the e¬ectiveness of training and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for key positions.
• Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
• Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in talent management.
• Prepare and present talent management reports, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention metrics.
Qualifications, Experience And Competencies Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Possession of Certified Talent Practitioner (CTP) level, or Master's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 8 years of HRM experience, 3 of which are in Talent Management or a similar HR role.
• Proven experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or HR roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge & demonstrable experience in successful use of talent management strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with performance management systems, employee development programs, and succession planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess talent needs and implement e¬ective solutions.
• Experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Must be a person of impeccable integrity.
