Description
1.
To develop and strengthen customer base in the market through building
solutions awareness and promotions.
2. Generate sales leads to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales
targets.
3. Receive sales orders from customers, confirm payment status and follow up
for production and delivery.
4. Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and
targeting potential clients.
5. Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to
maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
6. To keep track of feedback received from the customers in respect of timely
supplies, complaints and coordinate with respective functions for improvements
and timely resolution of issues so as to meet customer requirements.
7. Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come
up with new sales strategies.
8. Keeping track of the competition and all new trends and products in the
market.
9. To present as a key point of contact between the company and its customers:
answering queries, offering advice and establishing new business prospects.
10. Maintain accurate, valid and complete information with regards to sales and
customer contact information.
11. Creation of content for customer engagement taking in mind of the various
company products offered to targeted customers.
12. Writing and submitting daily sales reports.
Requirements
General work
experience (years): A minimum 8 years’ experience in a senior management
position
• Industry: Good knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry or FMCG
• Added Advantage: Specific Experience in the steel industry; experience in
development of policies and regulations
• Strategic relationship builder with both internal/external project
stakeholders demonstrating personal integrity with a win / win mind-set
• Experience in opportunity identification; demonstrated success in
prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Successful at building and implementing customer acquisition plans.
• Experience in building relationships; ability to develop customer
relationships through existing contacts and relationships.
