 What you will do

As a Back Office Representative, you will report to the Operations Manager and assist with various administrative duties. This includes data analysis and management, transactional reconciliations, and administrative duties.

  • Process payments received from multiple channels in accordance with back-office procedures.
  • Resolve all payment reconciliation issues according to the agreed turnaround time.
  • Monitor transactions and key systems to ensure optimal functionality at all times, and escalate or resolve related problems.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Customer Experience teams in the resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage administrative tasks and reports related to Back Office.
  • Assist in document verifications and customer verifications.

 Who you are

The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of numbers and be able to work as part of a team.  He or she must understand both internal and external user needs and characterization and be able to coordinate activities between the third-party providers and internal teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel).
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms will be an advantage.
  • Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
