As a Back Office
Representative, you will report to the Operations Manager and assist with
various administrative duties. This includes data analysis and management,
transactional reconciliations, and administrative duties.
- Process payments received from multiple channels in
accordance with back-office procedures.
- Resolve all payment reconciliation issues according to
the agreed turnaround time.
- Monitor transactions and key systems to ensure optimal
functionality at all times, and escalate or resolve related problems.
- Coordinate with Finance and Customer Experience teams
in the resolution of customer issues.
- Manage administrative tasks and reports related to Back
Office.
- Assist in document verifications and customer
verifications.
The ideal candidate
must have a good understanding of numbers and be able to work as part of a
team. He or she must understand both internal and external user needs and
characterization and be able to coordinate activities between the third-party
providers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Accounting, or a similar field.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially
MS Excel).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms will be an
advantage.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
