Activities The Land Acquisition Project Controller will;
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system, in consultation with the Land Project Manager, internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines, anticipate potential project schedule delays and facilitate intervention in a timely manner.
• Identify activities impacting the schedule’s critical path and facilitate the identification of opportunities to accelerate completion of the work, or measures to avoid potential delays
• Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports. Regularly review critical path, cost loading, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints and milestones; Provide schedule analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
• Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
• Document project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
• Support the Land Project Manager in preparing for project completion and close-out.


Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, or other relevant field.
• Certification as a Project Management professional is an advantage.
• Experience:
• A minimum of five years' experience as a project controller in a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera and MS Projects.
• Extensive experience in schedule, planning, and management.
• Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
