We are seeking to recruit a competent and highly motivated individual with extensive experience and abilities to support business growth in the following position:

JOB TITLE: E-Channels Administrator
LOCATION: Head Office
REPORTS TO: Manager Core Applications

Job Purpose
To co-ordinate and monitor the maintenance of the banks E-Channel systems including Incident handling, Systems operations, Systems monitoring and reporting, Configuration Management and provide the interaction between Internal / external customers and technology, and to foster the enhancement of business processes through technology in line with the Bank business plan and ICT policy.

Key Responsibilities
• Installing, configuring, upgrading and updating ATM’s and other E-channels applications and work with the team to help implement Internal Systems.
• Performing and coordinating preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and checks of ATM’s, POS and any other E-channels software to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Monitoring ATM’s and other E-channels applications for system resource usage, errors and performance problems. Making expansion plans in case of resource usage in line with ICT procedures.
• Providing innovative, workable solutions and possible automations to a wide range of technical and user problems in line with interdepartmental Service Level Agreements.
• Acting as a vendor Liaison with the Bank ICT for ATM’s, POS and other E-channels systems technical issues resolutions and maintenances.
• Providing E-channels related technical support to all staff in line with ICT policies and guidelines
• Generating the settlement files for the VISA / MasterCard and upload settlement files for POS merchants in time.
• Monitoring the E-channels network and transaction volumes for violations and attacks / Frauds / High Net Values in line with the IT security policy.
• Performing Regular review and documenting of logs and reports on all E-Channel applications. Ensuring all E-channel applications exceptions are closed
• Testing the effectiveness of the security safeguards in place and prepare and test the IT disaster recovery plan (DRP) in line with the IT security policy for ATMs’ and other E-Channel applications
• Drawing up a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for E-channels systems and carrying out an IT E – Business channel Risk Assessment and producing a report in line with PCI / VISA standards.
• Developing and coordinating the implementation of IT Security awareness program to all staff and contractors in line E-channel security policies.
• Maintaining and monitor the HSM Security devices and Data card printers appropriately to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Ensuring all the systems primarily in ATM’s / VISA / MasterCard related applications & equipment have appropriate backups in place and tested and reports are submitted and well maintained.
• Coordinate any designated VISA / MasterCard / ATM / E- channel security related projects
• Identifying and assessing any key Operation E-channels Risks faced by the Bank with effectiveness of controls that may resolve the risk.


Requirement
Minimum Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s in information technology, Bachelor’s computer Science, Bachelor’s in software engineering.

Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in IT systems administration.

• Understanding of Network scanners/ vulnerability assessment tools
